Before you write about an order

Put the order number in the subject line. It is in your confirmation email, and having it means the first reply can answer the question rather than ask for it.

What we can help with

• Where an order is, or changing an address before it goes to print.
• A print that arrived damaged or wrong. Send a photograph and we will replace it.
• Which size suits a wall, or which palette suits a room. We would rather answer that before you buy than process a return afterwards.
• Whether a particular county is named on a map. It will be, but you can also check yourself: every map's page lists every region on it, and the search box finds a map by county name.

A map we do not carry

The range grows steadily and requests genuinely shape the order it grows in. If the place you want is not here, tell us which one. The plan is worldwide rather than American, so a request for a district, a prefecture or a municipio is as useful as one for a state.
