Orders are sent from within the United States, so a parcel is travelling a short distance to reach you rather than crossing an ocean.

Where we ship

The United States. If you want a print sent somewhere else, ask us before you order and we will tell you whether we can.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order and every size, and the price you see on a map is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 7 business days. The larger sizes take a little longer, and framed pieces longer again.

Once a parcel is with the carrier it is typically 1 to 6 business days in transit, so allow 3 to 13 business days from ordering to arrival. Those are estimates. We control when an order is dispatched, and not what happens to it afterwards.

Buying for a date

If a map is a present, order it with room to spare. The 3 to 13 business day range above is what we expect, not a promise we can keep on your behalf, and the part of it we do not control is the part at the end.

We cannot offer a faster option and we would rather say so here than take the order and hope. If a date is tight, the honest advice is to order early or to choose something else.

How prints are packed

Flat, in rigid board, rather than rolled in a tube. A rolled print arrives with a curl that has to be flattened out before it will sit in a frame, and on a large sheet that can take days under a pile of books. Flat costs more to post and is worth it.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides a tracking number, we pass it on to you.

If something goes wrong in transit

Tell us and send a photograph. Damage in transit is replaced without the damaged print being posted back first. The returns page has the detail.

Getting hold of us

Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Anything about a parcel that has not turned up is better asked early than late: the carrier's own window for a claim is shorter than you would expect.
